About the island

Like most of the Caribbean, the climate is sub-tropical, indicating that the air and water temperatures are comfortable year round with little change in temperature from season to season. Also, the DR is known for some of the best whale watching in the western hemisphere, which occurs during their mating season between January 15th and March 15th every year. The Villa
